Dear parents and guardians, several schools at LCPS have gone into a shelter-in-place due to lightning detected within 10 miles of our schools. Upon the occurrence of lightning at dismissal time, students who drive may be released based on principal’s discretion. All bus riders and walkers will be sheltered until the area is deemed safe.
